Berry Crumble Slice
Base
125g dairy-free spread (I use Nuttlex's olive oil spread) or butter1/2 cup raw sugar
1 1/2 cups Self-Raising flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Centre
2 Tbsp Berry Jam1 cup frozen berries, or enough to cover the base
Topping
Heidi's crumble topping featured herePreheat the oven to 170 degrees Celcius, fan-forced.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix flour into creamed mixture.
Bake for 15 mins.
Remove from oven and base to cool for 5-10 mins.
Top with a layer of jam and enough berries to cover the base and the crumble topping.
Bake until the crumble is golden.
